MECO owes its success to its people. Throughout all levels of our organization, we have loyal, dedicated people who are tireless, service-oriented workers, pursuing excellence in every task. People who make a difference wherever they may be.
Finding personnel with these characteristics has not been easy; consolidating the company's culture and values in times of explosive growth has been even less so. That's why we've focused on the development of our human resources, keeping MECO values vibrant, in every project we address, and at all levels in the organization.
MECO's work ethic developed from its beginnings, arising from the moral principles of its founders. Those were years of struggle, dedication, and personal commitment by a small group of people. Most of the operators, mechanics, welders, and foremen who started the company with Angel and Carlos Cerdas, remain with us today.
Some have advanced and assumed roles of greater responsibility, while others continue to serve in their original position. In both cases we find people who are living examples of MECO's values to the newer arrivals.
